a B.S. degree from the University of Utah
and a M.S. degree from the University of
Arizona. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser
with the American Society of Appraisers
("ASA") in business valuation and served
as the President of the Salt Lake City Chapter
of the ASA. Mr. Nicolatus also serves as
an Adjunct Faculty member with the University
of Phoenix where he teaches undergraduate
and graduate economics. Mr. Nicolatus has
been involved in providing business valuation
and economic consulting services over 20
years. His expertise includes valuation
for marital dissolution purposes, estate
and tax planning, buy/sell transactions,
fairness and solvency opinion, and a variety
of other matters related to litigation.
He has prepared economic loss analyses for
a variety of purposes and served as the
plaintiff's economic expert in the largest
medical malpractice award in the State of
Utah. Mr. Nicolatus has testified in State
and Federal Courts on many occasions and
has participated in seminars involving valuation
issues in estate and tax planning and marital
dissolution matters.
