intangible asset valuation professional.
He is the principal in charge of the Chicago
office of Houlihan Valuation Advisors ("HVA").
Mr. Lannom has been in the appraisal profession
since 1969. He has held his current position
since 1992. Mr. Lannom is a past International
President and Fellow of the American Society
of Appraisers ("FASA"), and is a Fellow
of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
("FRICS") in London, England. For the past
ten years, he has served on the Educational
Faculty of ASA. Mr. Lannom has provided
expert testimony in some 80 matters in jurisdictions
all around the country. He speaks and writes
on appraisal topics on a frequent basis.
Mr. Lannom has served for 20 years on the
Valuation Advisory Committee of the ESOP
Association and, on occasion, serves as
a transaction trustee to Employee Stock
Ownership Plans. Mr. Lannom holds a B.S.
and a M.S. educational degrees from the
Northern Illinois University.
